– Caregiver Certification Training Program
Our Caregiver Training Program provides hands-on training and skills necessary to fill the demands for caregivers in the State of Arizona.
The curriculum covers the required critical areas comprising of 50 classroom hours and 12 hours of skills lab. Each topic (module) comes with an instructor packet filled with detailed notes, group activities, discussion questions, and training videos. Students are rigorously prepared to take the Arizona State caregiver certification examination through D&S Diversified Technology, LLP Headmaster.
What makes our program different is that we operate flexible and individualized class schedules. Our classes can be arranged for 1-on-1 and off-work hours (including weekends) to accommodate the busy work needs of the candidate.
– CPR & 1st Aid Training
Charles Residential Care is an authorized training center for CPR / 1st Aid.
We proudly train caregivers and others on how to save lives with cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and 1st Aid. The program teaches the skills necessary to respond effectively to respiratory and acute circulatory emergencies thereby reducing disability and death from such events. Candidates learn and practice in situations that closely resemble real life.
– On-going Training (CEU)
Continued training for caregivers or managers is an essential requirement for optimal care of clients. This may require a classroom-style learning environment, or if preferred, we can bring the training to your care home so the interruption to your client care is minimal. Either way, we will deliver the essential topics designed to help you and your caregivers attain proficiency and the required annual CEUs.
